Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Boss Mama Boutique!

Processing & Delivery Times
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfillment provider. Estimated shipping or delivery information may also be provided on individual product pages.

Boutique & Supplier-Fulfilled Items
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for standard orders when applicable. Some supplier-fulfilled items may require additional processing or shipping time.

Print-on-Demand Items
Print-on-demand products are made specifically for your order. These items require production time before they are shipped. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and shipping destination.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom orders may take approximately 10–15 business days or longer, depending on the item. Any additional estimated processing time will be provided when applicable.

Multiple Packages
Because Boss Mama Boutique works with multiple fulfillment providers, items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages or on different dates. You will not necessarily receive your entire order in one package.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Boss Mama Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps.
